UDL Engagement

Simply explained by WebQuest.Org, "a WebQuest is a inquiry oriented lesson format in which most or all information that learners work with comes from the web." They go on to discuss the use of WebQuest's and how they really help the class be engaged and learning in a fun way. WebQuest's will help my students to broaden their perspectives and allow them to learn in a variety of ways and to really be able to understand and relate to what they are learning. It will also allow them to go at their own pace in a way and to explore and create in new ways. It will also allow for easier for differentiation and accomidation, allowing students to use the resources that work for them. My goals in regards to this topic are to first, learn more about WebQuest's and how to create and use them. Then to search for one or make ones that will be useful for my classroom and my students. The nice thing about WebQuest's is that I can tailor them to the specific needs of my student
